I am thrilled to announce that my work "Within" has been selected for the 2024 Almenara Art Prize exhibition at the Real Círculo de la Amistad in Córdoba, Spain.

Last year, my piece "In Her World" was also selected for this prestigious exhibition, and I had the honor of attending the Gala in Córdoba, where I received an Honorable Mention for my portrait "Nearby, Faraway." It was a wonderful experience, and I loved visiting Córdoba for the first time.

I’m incredibly excited to have the opportunity to return to this beautiful city and attend the Gala again, where the final prizes will be announced. The exhibition will be held at the historic Real Círculo de la Amistad, a cultural institution and club founded in 1854 in the heart of Córdoba.

With over 8,000 members today, the institution spans 4,210 square meters and boasts an impressive heritage, including a library of nearly 17,000 volumes and a significant collection of paintings featuring works by artists such as Julio Romero de Torres, Carlos Ángel Díaz Huertas, and José María Rodríguez de los Ríos Losada, among others. The institution is currently in the process of being recognized as an art museum.
