Fly me to the Moon! 14 of my works are part of Lunar Codex project

I am thrilled to announce that 14 of my works have been included in the Lunar Codex project! 

The Lunar Codex, a project by Incandence Corp, is a curated archive of cultural works from across the globe, launched from Earth via NASA Artemis / CLPS program partners.

In September 2025, the Griffin Lander spacecraft, by Astrobiotics, will be launched via SpaceX Falcon Heavy and will reach the Nobile Crater in the Lunar South Hemisphere. On board the spacecraft will be the Lunar Codex's Polaris archive of contemporary art, selected to be laser-etched onto nickel discs and shielded memory cards, and to remain in perpetuity on the Moon as a testament to humanity's art and creativity. Among these artworks will be my piece "At Dusk," which was featured in Issue 43 of Beautiful Bizarre in December 2023 and included in this extraordinary project.

Samuel Peralta, the executive chairman of Incandence Corp, is the coordinator of this amazing initiative that began a few years ago. I'll use his words to describe it:

"At its essence, the Lunar Codex is a set of time capsules, a message-in-a-bottle to future generations.

The creatives of the Lunar Codex are our representatives from Earth to the Moon and beyond, our ambassadors from this era to the future. Not a single artist paid for inclusion in this project. All were curated by a circle of professional curators, gallerists, editors, and anthologists, all of whom believe in this passion project."
